How do you adjust the shoulder straps?
Once you've placed the backpack over your shoulders, pull the loose hanging tabs on either side of the straps downwards. This will tighten the fit of the backpack on your body. To loosen, lift the plastic adjustors upwards towards you. It may not loosen just by doing this; If that's the case, lift the plastic adjustor and pull on the strap on the bottom half of the bag to loosen.
